Manchester Camerata has partnered with European coffee house brand, Caffè Nero, which has more than 600 stores worldwide, to bring a new range of cultural experiences to coffee and classical music lovers.

Caffè Nero Partnership

This innovative partnership is a first in the UK and brings together two organisations that are committed to enriching their customers’ experience.

To mark the launch of the partnership, Manchester Camerata musicians Caroline Pether (violin) and Hannah Roberts (cello) performed an exclusive after-hours concert for an invited audience at Caffè Nero’s Peter Street Store in Manchester on 31 March. In an eclectic programme, the audience was treated to music ranging from Bach to Eric Clapton.

Paul Davies, Head of Marketing and Communications, at Manchester Camerata said: ‘Both organisations share similar values and ambitions, and we’re delighted to be joining forces with Caffè Nero, so we can work together to grow and develop our audience and customer profiles’.

Benefits for the partner organisations include exclusive Manchester Camerata concert discounts and invites to the launch event for Caffè Nero’s most loyal customers.

Caffè Nero Regional Manager Dominic Williams comments: ‘Caffè Nero and Manchester Camerata share Italian-inspired, classical and premium qualities that complement each other and we predict that the partnership will go from strength to strength as the people of Manchester get to experience everything the combination of music and coffee has to offer.’
