Fundraising Dinner For Camerata’s Dementia Programme Announced

On Thursday 28 January Manchester Camerata, in association with Albert Square Chop House will be hosting a fundraising dinner for the orchestra’s dementia programme.
The evening will be presented by the bard of Barnsley, Ian MacMillan, and will feature talks by cartoonist Tony Husband and Professor Alistair Burns on the ipact of dementia, and how Camerata’s Music in Mind programme is creating positive social change for people living with dementia.

- The evening is being hosted by the bard of Barnsley, Ian MacMillan.
- Cartoonist Tony Husband will talk about his book, ‘Take Care, Son’.
- Caricaturist Mike Bryson will be pencilling portraits.
- Prof. Alistair Burns will talk about the impact of Camerata’s work on people with dementia.
