The Four Seasons – Colne

Giovanni Guzzo takes centre stage as soloist and director in this programme featuring one of the most famous and well-loved of all Classical works, Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. Piazzolla’s The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires takes inspiration from Vivaldi, incorporating jazz and Argentinian tango in a work full of luscious harmonies and punchy earthy folk rhythms.
