MANCHESTER CAMERATA AT THE BBC PROMS, JULY 2009
Manchester Camerata in rehearsal at St Aidan’s Church in Didsbury, Manchester, on 17th July 2009. The orchestra performed at the Royal Albert Hall on 20th July 2009 as part of the BBC Proms. The programme was James MacMillan’s choral masterpiece Seven Last Words from the Cross and Haydn’s Seven Last Words of our Saviour on the Cross.
