Beethoven’S Eroica In Hanley

The evening will open with the rousing Overture to Mozart’s Don Giovanni, and no less majestic, end with a stirring conclusion of Beethoven’s famous ‘Eroica’ Symphony, – originally dedicated to Napoleon but later rededicated ‘to the memory of a great man&.You will also hear Mozart&sPiano Concerto no.25, featuring Liverpool-born Paul Lewis, internationally recognised as one of the finest pianists of his generation.
