Manchester Camerata continues its vibrant journey through Mozart concertos with the composer&s Bassoon Concerto in B flat major – his first concerto for wind instrument. Mozart&s early masterpiece, his Symphony no.5, also features, along with two beautifully lyrical works for string orchestra by Elgar and Jan&a’ÜÎçek. There is also the opportunity to hear Haydn&s Symphony no.44, the Trauer or Mourning, a work full of drama and emotion.
