First comes Mozart’s Sonata for Two Pianos, a piece studied by scientists to investigate how classical music increases brain activity, an extraordinary piece by Schumann and climaxing with Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals – one of the most musically descriptive and visual pieces you will ever hear.
