		Urban Symphony Central to Manchester Camerata’s 2010/11 Season was an exciting education project which saw children from across Greater Manchester and the North West of England using local buildings as inspiration to create a new music. Read More

		Chester Urban Symphony Four schools in Chester worked with a creative team from Manchester Camerata to compose a new piece of music inspired by the impressive architecture of Chester Cathedral. Read More

		Ulverston’s Urban Symphony Children from Croftland Junior School worked with Manchester Camerata musicians, a composer and a film maker to create a new work inspired by the magnificent Coronation Hall. Read More

		Songlines Manchester Camerata and the Royal Exchange Theatre worked with young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder to take Aboriginal Songlines as their inspiration to create a unique piece of musical theatre. Read more

		Rochdale – A View on Life Working with composer Nina Whiteman and Camerata musicians Barbera Grunthal and Becca Thompson, Rochdale MIND and Wellbeing service users explore their life experiences through music and songwriting. Read more

		Fallowfield Fantasia Manchester Camerata joined the centenery celebrations of one of Manchester’s most treasured public parks – Platt Fields. The project brought together local community groups and schools with musicians. Read More

		Oldham Schools Concerts Manchester Camerata took a string, wind and brass musicians into Oldham schools performing to primary children about to take the big step into secondary education. Read More

		What’s ur Flava Manchester Camerata teamed up with Gorse Hill Studios and the Clore Duffield Foundation to create What’s ur Flava! – aimed at encouraging young people to write and perform their own songs. Read More

		Just So Festival Dalcroze Eurythmics specialist Emma Dixon was joined by Camerata flautist Amina Hussain to make music with babies and toddlers, their parents, and carers at the JUST SO Festival near Leek in Staffordshire. Read More

		Hallowe’en Family Creativity Day A Family Creativity Day with a Hallowe’en theme designed to get all members of the family working creatively together to produce an afternoon performance. Read More.

		Mansfield Composition Project Working with a composer and musicians from the orchestra, young poeple created their own composition, performed alongside Mozart’s Don Giovanni overture at The Palace Theatre, Mansfield. Read More

		Tales of Handbridge This show was a collaboration between children from Overleigh St Mary’s School in Chester and Camerata musicians and a dramatist, and was created in association with the Chester Literature Festivals. Read More

		Summer Dreams Primary school children from across Doncaster worked with a professional composer and Camerata musician to explore scenes from Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Read more

		Loreto Sonata Form Students at Loreto College were given the chance to explore Sonata form with a composer and Camerata musicians in preparation for the study of Mozart’s Jupiter Symphony, as AS-Level set work. Read More

		La Clemenzo di Tito – Wigan Primary school children from across Wigan worked with a composer, dramatist and Camerata musicians to produce a new mini-opera inspired by Mozart’s La Clemenza di Tito. Read more

		Stanley Grove Residency Students from Stanley Grove Primary School in Longsight, Manchester will be working with a composer and Camerata musicians to create a new piece of music. Read More

		String Coaching in Wigan String players from Camerata worked with young colleagues in Wigan for a day of intensive coaching. Read More

		Chester Family Day Camerata’s Family Day on 23 April 2011 saw families working together using music and art to create a short piece of musical theatre. Read more
